TECI helped our clients completely renovate their home. Without adding any square footage, this home was transformed into a magazine-worthy showcase. Combining the formal dining room with the kitchen and removing the wall between the kitchen and the family room created an open gathering space for family and friends. The fireplace was refaced. The formal entry was modernized with new double doors & decorative molding. The garage entry area was simplified by moving the laundry to a dedicated space once occupied by a bedroom, creating a new half bathroom and a stylish mudroom area. A hallway full bath was redesigned into an ensuite for one of their children. New flooring was installed throughout to unify the home.
