TECI gave this 1990's kitchen & family room a major update. Custom cabinetry in both painted & stained finishes are topped with low-maintenance Silestone quartz counters. Architectural panels were installed on the new refrigerator. Storage is not a problem with the wall of pantry cabinets. A partial wall between the family room & kitchen was removed and a custom wall cabinet was installed to house wine glasses & bottles. New luxury vinyl plank flooring was installed throughout the kitchen, family room, 1/2 bath & laundry rooms creating a cohesive feel throughout the whole area. In addition to the flooring, the 1/2 bath got a face-lift with a new vanity, mirror & lighting.
