A modernized kitchen featuring more gathering space

Our clients wanted to modernize their 1980's oak kitchen. They wanted to remove their peninsula that separated their kitchen from their eating area and create a large island where guests could gather. The resulting kitchen is light, open & airy. The white cabinets contrast beautifully with the darker furniture-grade island and refinished oak floors. Since the island is large, the quartz counter tops make a marvelous impact with the subtle color contrast and movement.
