In order to make their home accessible as they aged, our clients needed a first-floor laundry in addition to their first-floor bathroom. Our firm designed and built a space that not only met their needs but exceeded their expectations for the room. We built a small addition to the bathroom to house the laundry. The updated bath now includes a tub with grab bar, separate shower, ample storage and a dedicated laundry area with room to sort and fold. We also installed deep-hued siding and a wrap around porch that connects with the addition totally transforming the exterior of the home.
